Refund and Returns Policy
Standard Return Policy:
At Oasis Promos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Oasis Promos within 10 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
For larger orders, we strongly recommend getting a few samples first to check the quality of the products and to ensure that they meet your requirements. If a large order is returned, you will be responsible for freight charges both ways.
A refund will be issued in the same payment form as the original purchase transaction. Please allow 7 - 10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Oasis Promos reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15% or a flat fee of $10.00, whichever is higher.
How to return or exchange an item:
- The first step to returning something is to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.
- To request an RA number online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- To request an RA number by phone, call Customer Service at 404-819-2010
- The RA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Send pre-authorized returns to the address provided on RA request
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- Oasis Promos is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Oasis Promos is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- We realize that due to human involvement in order packing, there might be some mistakes. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they have received the correct sizes, colors, and styles BEFORE decorating or using the product. If the order is being directly shipped to your decorator, please make sure they know what to expect in the order before decorating the order.

No Return/Exchange On:
- Any item that has been used, or washed.
- All custom made/decorated items.
- Items must be in saleable condition with all the labels and tags.
- Special Order merchandise.
- Oasis Promos Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
